We use photovoltaic solar panels to convert sunlight into safe easy to use electricity. Electricity from the sun is stored in sealed lead acid batteries located in a HUBERT® portable solar generator. This electricity powers the Quantum Rabbit® Solar Vacuum Tubes and carbon-arc crucible systems that are used in our research. Quantum Rabbit also uses hydroelectric power provided by the Connecticut River. Our research is conducted with clean, renewable "off the grid" energy. At Quantum Rabbit, we're committed to the development of clean renewable energy.
As part of our commitment, we’ve begun to sponsor research on extracting environmentally friendly, gasoline-like fuel from algae. Our product represents a bridge between conventional gasoline to more expensive fuel technologies in developmental stages (e.g. hydrogen fuel cell, wind power, solar power, etc.) and offers a time lapse for more efficient fuel technologies to be developed with increasing cost efficiency.
